This consultation can be adapted for twins and triplets.
You can ask any questions in the comfort and privacy of your home. Additionally, I can offer safety advice on setting up your baby’s nursery and recommend the most useful and safe equipment to purchase before your baby’s arrival.
This consultation equips you with practical knowledge and expert guidance as you embark on your parenting journey.

This bespoke 1:1 holistic consultation is tailored for babies from birth to 3 months old. It starts with an initial 30-minute call where I learn about your baby’s unique needs and your family dynamics.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll receive comprehensive support, including an additional 2 x 15-minute call to understand any challenges you may be facing and a bespoke plan for a calm and confident start to family life. This plan incorporates your wishes, addresses concerns, ensuring a settled beginning and much-needed sleep for you all.
I’ll guide you through gentle sleep-shaping techniques for both daytime and nighttime, adapting the plan weekly as your baby’s needs evolve. Together, we’ll find what works best for your baby and your family.

This bespoke consultation service is for parents with babies aged 3-6 months old and offers guidance and support in various areas of baby care.
As a baby sleep expert, I understand the unique challenges and concerns that parents may have during this stage of their baby’s development.
This consultation can cover a range of topics, including sleep, feeding, reflux, preparing for weaning, baby development, also addressing any other specific queries you may have about your baby.
I will take into account the individual needs and preferences of you and your baby, ensuring that my guidance is tailored to your specific situation.
I can help you gain a deeper understanding of your baby’s needs, establish a solid foundation for your baby’s future development, and help you feel supported throughout your parenting journey.
Your consultation will start with an initial 30-minute call which will help me understand your baby’s needs and any concerns you have. After our call, I will use the knowledge I have about your baby and your wishes to create a bespoke plan. You will have my support as you implement the plan, we will change it week by week if needed.

I offer an exclusive overnight service, designed to give parents the much-needed rest they deserve. This can be a one-night booking or a series of nights over a period of time.
I fully support parents in their choices on how they feed their baby, whether it’s breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both. I will ensure that you get the maximum sleep possible by settling and soothing your baby throughout the night.
My support doesn’t end there. I believe in empowering parents with the knowledge and tools to establish a gentle sleep-shaping rhythm by implementing my proven calm baby sleep approach.
After a restful night, I provide guidance and advice on how to navigate the early stages of parenthood, ensuring both calm days and peaceful nights.
The Newborn Nights service is available from birth until your baby reaches 5 months old. My priorities are the well-being of both you and baby, offering bespoke care tailored to your specific needs. Rest assured, with Newborn Nights, you can experience the joys of parenthood while still prioritising your sleep and self-care.

With this package, I arrive at your home for a full 24 hours to offer practical and emotional support for you and your newborn baby. Together, we’ll discuss your family’s needs, and I’ll create a bespoke plan tailored to your newborn’s unique requirements.
During my stay, I’ll care for your baby, allowing you to sleep, rest, and recover. This service is ideal if you’re seeking expert 24-hour support to ensure calm days and peaceful nights using my proven calm baby sleep approach.
